With more than fifteen years’ experience in communications for charities, think tanks and politicians, I specialise in crafting clear messages that connect with audiences and inspire them to take action.

Having worked in many small teams and with tight budgets, I’ve built up a versatile skill set. Whether you need help writing copy, editing videos, creating graphics or developing a campaign strategy, I can help.

I’m also passionate about helping others grow. I design and deliver training sessions that build confidence and sharpen communication skills.

As a County Councillor in Cardiff, I have a strong understanding of the political landscapes in Wales and the UK. I’ve worked with Members of Parliament and the Senedd, and have even ghost-written articles for former ministers.

Guided by progressive values, I enjoy working with organisations that drive change for people and the planet. I also speak Welsh and I am happy to work on bilingual projects.
